Admissions - Applying for a place @ NCJPS

The Governing Body at NCJPS are responsible for Admission Arrangements.

We warmly welcome arranged visits around the school. Please contact Lynne Feather, the School Business Manager on 0161 282 4500.

Applications are done through your own local authorities electronic admission system.
Please fill in the forms below if you are interested in your child coming to NCJPS.

Please note, although your child’s name may be on our admissions list at school, it is essential that an on-line application is received by the council. To apply you will need to log onto your Local Authority website and search for Primary School Admissions for September 2023. Please be aware that the deadline for Reception applications is 15th January 2023 for a September 2023 start date. In addition, a Certificate of Religious Practice (CRP) must be completed and returned to the school by the 16th January 2023.

In Year Applications

Children have a range of needs, including physical or sensory difficulties, language difficulties and emotional / behavioural difficulties. We always endeavour to meet the needs of individual children and most children find their needs can be met within a mainstream school. Some children, however, may have additional needs which require additional support; for example a learning difficulty or a disability that means they find it harder to learn than other children in their age group.  Our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) will help you with any concerns during your child’s time at NCJPS. Parents who receive a letter from their Local Authority to say that their application has not been successful have the right to appeal. Parents wishing to appeal must contact their Local Authority as soon as possible, this can be done online. Stockport residents can use the link below to appeal.
